I, also Purchased the 2 Carat martini cut pendant necklace. the Clarity is Amazing!!!! As a person who has a eye for Clarity... I would rate them 10 and above!!! Jan 22,2022I still did not receive the ring. Had to email to check the status after almost 10 days. I was told that due to the holidays, order is delayed, which I understood and waited more. Now it's been almost 3 weeks and still no word on status of the order. I emailed again to check the status and I received this review request. Review for what? No ring, no updates, no response to the update request. Thus far, it's not great...Maybe once the ring gets here, I may be happy.

I will say it is that after you’ve worn the jewelry for a while sometimes Diamond might pop out I never reached out to them to fix it I’m sure they would’ve fixed it in a heartbeat.

Jan 12,2022Quick, fast shipping. Beautiful ring. The gem stone is perfect, it was a man made version of a real diamond. Or shall I say real diamond that’s man made. The 14k white gold is flawless. I took the 2 ct. solitaire to a jewelry store and compared it to a natural diamond, could not tell the difference to the naked eye. If you are buying over priced real stones you are wasting your money. Great job Birkat!!!

Dec 31,2021The ring we got was beautiful. My only issue was a small one. I ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas and they did indicate to allow 10 days for shipping. Well, 12 days after I ordered I contacted them and, it felt like they really had to scramble to get it to me before Christmas. Almost like it was overlooked. They did manage to overnight it to me and I got it Christmas Eve. The only issue with that was, my wife was home when it was delivered so the surprise was, well, she didn’t know what it was but she knew now she was getting “something”. But she loved the ring, that’s why the 4 stars.

Dec 31,2021I know it can sometimes be difficult to know how a piece of jewelry will actually look in person and/or on your hand. Twice they have sent me pieces that I’m trying to decide on so I can make a decision. It’s been seamless - I pay for the samples and they refund me for whatever I return. Both times I’ve been able to select a beautiful piece of jewelry and I’m sure I will purchase from BE again.

It was easy to speak to a customer service representative without a long wait and without pressing a lot of buttons or dealing with too many automated options. I am looking forward to the new ring in the correct size and I hope it holds up as well as I hear these rings do.
