Dec 03,2017First of all the packaging was as you would expect to receive real diamond earrings , impressive ! The earrings themselves were perfection , holding them up against eight hundred dollar .50 point total weight diamonds was a true test of their beauty ! They have longer posts then the diamond earrings and their brilliance was outstanding ! I wanted to wear the earrings at all times I have three piercings so they can remain in the ears . Previously I have lost an earring and now feel thanks to the Birkat Elyon earrings I can have the beautiful look and feel of real diamonds and not be to sad or awful if one happens to slip away ! I might add that doesn't seem to be a problem with the Birkat Klyon studs because the butterfly backs are extremely tight ! Overall a great experience ,I just love them and am very proud to be wearing them !

I just made my second purchase which I haven't received yet but I know it will be as nice quality as my emerald cut ring (I also bought the matching earrings). You absolutely can't tell the difference from the real thing! I am also happy with their customer service. So all around a happy experience.

Nov 24,2017I Placed an order online for a solitaire ring..in July 2017...my credit card was promptly charged from the company...but I have never received shipping information...tracking information...nothing...and its almost december 2017!!! It's like my order doesn't even exist!! I sent 4 e-mails with no reply....and finally left a voicemail today...if I don't get a call back I will be getting in touch with the collections agency. I wanted to have this ring for my October wedding ...I'm so upset. Status update : Rebecca called me promptly after my voice message and provided sincere apologies and assured my ordered was being sent out today. I appreciated the genuineness of the phone call. Hopefully all is sent in a timely fashion.

Nov 01,2017WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ever!! I ordered a simple pair of earrings. After TWO WEEKS, three emails, and a phone call, I FINALLY received an email, stating, "We were closed last Thurs & Fri (what about rest of the 2 weeks?!), followed by, "Mold to make your earrings has a defect & we are re-making it; we can ship you same earrings in white gold (I ordered yellow gold), or you can pay us more money, and get the next larger size earrings!" I was NEVER offered a refund, or an ETA on the "new mold" yet they charged my VISA the full amount!! Not until I threatened suing them, was I issued a refund (but no one had the CLASS to call or email me!); they just issued a credit... I will NEVER even consider this company, especially after reading all of their negative reviews!!
