May 31,2019I got in touch with Birtchnells from across the ocean (I live in Chicago) because I saw from their website that they carry a line of slacks I cannot find in the US. From the start, they were helpful, courteous, and cooperative. My slacks arrived in good time. Tony Clark, in particular, was gracious and saw the transaction through to the end with real diligence. In all this was a great experience. My thanks to Tony and all the folks at Birtchnells. Now you need to open a store in the US!

May 31,2019GREAT TO GET A SUITE SORTED AT A TIME AND LOCATION BEST FOR US. FROM MEASURING TO DISCUSSING COLOURS AND FABRICS, TURN AROUND WAS VERY QUICK. NEW SUIT SUPPLIED IS NOW FIRM FAVOURITE IN THE WARDROBE AND REGULARLY WORN.

Dec 13,2018I recently bought a suit, shirt and tie from Birtchnells for a wedding and the whole service from beginning to end was amazing! Tony Clark took some time to find out where I was going to wear it, my tastes and gave some great tips on what would go well with the suit. To cap off an amazing service, Tony also dropped the suit off to my office after making a few minor alterations. Brilliant!
