Jun 04,2024Very quick delivery. Small bottle of spot and stain cleaner included in the box but this was only sufficient for a small area and not enough to finish the stairs completely. Spot clean cordless very useful for cleaning stair carpet without the hassle of a cord. Run time on full charge was sufficient for 10 stairs, so would need to be charged and filled 2-3 times for a full staircase or a larger rug. Amount of recharges and refills would mean less suitable for a carpeted room. Easy to follow the instructions and easy to use. Took about an hour to charge fully.

Jun 04,2024I bought the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Carpet Cleaner in Nov 2023. Used it twice. Then it wasn't working properly..water did not flow when cleaning carpet. I called company and they advised to send back for a check up. I sent back as advised, then was emailed back to inform me that the water tank no longer fits correctly as I must have filled it with hot water and it has lost its shape. Despite warranty they now want to charge me £57.00 to replace water tank(and not even a new tank but a possibly reclaimed part from factory) or I can pay £65.00 to just get my machine back without repair. I'd be better off just throwing the bloody thing in the bin and spend more wisely on a Vax, or Dyson for the same money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. It worked great when it worked but after care is beyond a joke as illustrated above. Also if they already KNOW that there is an issue with filling the tank with hot water than clearly it is an existing problem they have been made aware of. It so happens I didn't fill with hot water but tepid water, yet the woman addressing the issue told me I did,,regardless of what i told her. BISSEL aftercare,.EMBARRASING. They say if you have a good meal you will tell 10 people. If you have a bad meal you will tell 20. I'm so vexed and disappointed I will tell 1000. Review update. We were contacted by Bissell and told to contact them and maybe they could offer a resolution. We contacted the Bissell customer service and they had no idea about our complaint or have a reply to our review. We then wrote to the email that was on the trust pilot reply to our review. Address undeliverable. To say this is a joke and waste of our time is the understatement of the year. If you don't stay away and decide to purchase a Bissell, I wish you good luck.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Jun 03,2024I ordered the carpet cleaner with some circumspection. I’d read reviews on other makes which did not impress me. I have two rooms where the carpets are desperate for a clean so I bit the bullet. BISSELL customer service was excellent. They contacted me at every stage of the delivery process which was 'next day' as promised. The delivery man even took the parcel indoors for me, I am 74 and no weight lifter. I’d read reviews criticising the instructions but I found them childishly simple. I also watched a YouTube video to be sure. Operating the machine was very easy and the results were magnificent! I couldn’t be more pleased. I went round the house cleaning lots more things, such as rugs, a sofa and chair. I am delighted with my purchase.

However i was disappointed with the website as it was impossible to apply the 10% sign up discount code so ended up paying £40 more than it should have cost

Jun 03,2024I don’t dream of purchasing a floor cleaner! With 12 dogs all we need is a reliable piece of equipment. Can’t say we were best pleased to have the first one pack up so quickly after about three years. Even more disappointing we had just got a new part for our original cleaner when it packed up. Unfortunately little else to choose from so had to bite the bullet and get another BISSELL.

Jun 06,2024Ordered a spot wash cleaner, haven't used it yet as we also bought a cleaning bundle that didn't arrive. I rang customer service and they said they were sending a new one out but still yet to have confirmation or receive this.
