Feb 20,2018I initially ordered the wrong size - as a result of me not correctly reading the guidance on the website. However, a quick call to David arranged a simple visit to the factory shop. David was kind enough to spend plenty of time with me to try various sizes from different runs to get the fit exactly right. And it was no trouble for them to hem them while I waited for 5 minutes. The quality of these jeans is superb, and being able to see the tailors making them and speak to David about the design and construction process employed at Blackhorse Lane only served to illustrate why this is the case. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" is certainly true with this product. Highly recommended.
