Aug 06,2022I bought one "1 yard" black scarf on the recommendation of a friend. I immediately liked the hang of it and the look, generally, and bought another "3 yard" which is a better fashion length for me and a "2 yard" in another color. I realized immediately that I should have ordered another size. I tried to call customer service. There is none on the weekend. I called on Monday and they said it was too late and that I could exchange it when I got it. No no no. Not easy. You can't return, exchanges are difficult, and I'm so sorry to say I'm spoiled by easy buy easy return internet transactions. It was all unpolished and stunningly difficult. Fast forward, I exchanged a scarf that came with 4 small holes in it. I think Walmart has better quality control. I washed another scarf that came out of the washer (delicate setting) with diagonal edges. The scarfs do NOT have a rolled edge but rather a cheap surged edge that is correlate with the lowest quality fashion.I love the comfort and bounce and warmth and the look of the exterior but I am afraid I will in time the inside will pill and look cheap. Maybe I've just resolved to hand wash. Anyway, probably too expensive for the quality. I will not be buying more.

Jun 19,2022My advice to Bleusalt customers is to be sure of your size before ordering. I tried to exchange my item for a smaller size and found it next to impossible to navigate that exchange online. What I did next was call the customer service number and was delighted when a woman actually answered and promised to email me the proper “return for exchange” slip to put on the package. No email ever arrived. I called two more times and left a message with my contact info. No response. Here I am now with an item sized for a larger woman that I cannot wear. Would I recommend Bleusalt to friends and family? Probably not. Time to revamp and make it easier for customers Bleusalt! ( the two stars are only for the style and comfy fabric) Suzan Plath

Nov 14,2021I love the concept …but they have LONG , LONG way with regard to quality. This is a very high price point for “chic casual”. Creating stylish comfort in this upscale casual style…takes a little more effort then just up-cycling soft materials. The idea behind this line is great…execution…HORRIBLE! 1. The sizing…seriously…1,2,3,4…what is that? Trying to be unique or obscure…DON’T . Just make it something most people recognize…S,M,L,etc. 2. The inconsistent manufacturing…sometimes you a hem in your sleeve…most or the time you done. Sometimes you get a hem in your pant leg…sometimes you don’t. Can you please…please get a quality control process on board. Because it leads me to the next complaint: 3. No returns …seriously?? You’re a very inconsistent, new clothing line with weird sizing and you will only offer store credit. And did i mention inconsistent quality, sizing and smell….i guess I didn’t cover that yet. All of the clothes MUST be washed BEFORE you think about wearing them. They smell of very strong chemicals. I have called and emailed the company on a number of occasions because I truly want a great quality product. However, I get nothing back in response other than an “oops were sorry..:happy to exchange “. Oh yeah…great, for another Terrible product that’s poorly made and smells like chemicals. NO THANK YOU!!! So sad…but avoid this company! I’ve given them lots of feedback…no response!

Feb 28,2021I purchased the medium length scarf and added the monogram. I bought it to wear on plane trips as I travel weekly for work. As a safety precaution related to COVID I washed it according to instructions one time and the material pilled up and has snags the fabric aged to significant degree with only one wash and air drying. This purchase was 100.00 before adding the monogram. After washing the fabric it looks very low quality. Do not buy it was a complete waste of 100.00. I was very disappointed as it was my plan to purchase approximately 10 scarves as Christmas gifts. I am glad I decided to try it out myself first.

Sep 20,2022This company must’ve taken the bad reviews seriously and made some positive changes. My customer service experience was fantastic. Recently ordered blazer and pants, both too small (this collection seems to run small, so don’t go by the size ex:4=size 14/16) go by the measurements) Very easy to return online. Bought same blazer on sale larger size and different style unisex pants in size 4, again! Ugh! Sale items are final sale, but I called their customer service to ask for an accommodation this one time for my mistake. I had gone by my size and didn’t bother to look at the measurements for the pants. Phone answered quickly by a human. My order had not shipped yet so she was able to help. We discussed what size would fit and she was able to switch out to a larger size on my order. 100% of the time when I’ve attempted to change anything on an order with other companies that’s even just been placed moments before, I’m told it’s not possible. I really like the fabric and style of the items I returned, so looking forward to receiving new order. Will review them after wearing.
