Jul 28,2023Service was excellent from Blk Box! very helpful indeed as there was a fault with the skipping rope I ordered which was really the manufacturers fault but customer service at Blx box send me a replacement cable as a gesture of goodwill & I really appreciated it! Ive ordered other equipment from them & it's been the same each time, great service & would highly recommend them!

Jul 22,2023The open trap bar I ordered was badly made and finished. I cut myself putting it together, and when I complained, I was told it’s made by a third party and it’s within the tolerance they supplied. They would not replace it, and told me I could return it at my own cost if I wished.
