The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they didnt email me that my order had shipped. After a few days of not getting a notification, I had to email customer service (which was answered promptly) to find out that it had shipped. Boots arrived in excellent condition exactly as ordered. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered from northern Ireland, had an issue with delivery (no fault of blueberry brands) Just a neighbour had the delivery for a number of days. Blueberry brands customer service was excellent over this matter and I would not hesitate to recommend the company for your timberland footwear..

I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago without having an account and it hasn't been delivered yet. Also, since I don't have an account, I can't track the item I've purchased, making it impossible for me to know when/if it will be delivered.
