Jan 27,2019I purchased some Timberland boots,they were dispatched quickly and the shipping time was quick too, with in 4 days. Had to return one pair as they were too small, the return process was pretty painless, but one thing to bear in mind is, after you have contacted them via email about a return, you will be emailed a prepaid return label, so you must have access to a printer, and the returns label is only valid for 1 business day, so you will need to let them know, to email you the prepaid return label, on a day you can print it out, and go to the post office. Hope this helps.

Jan 25,2019Sent 2 emails and no response. Shoes leak. So bad that it wouldn’t surprise me if they were fake Update I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. The company have since contacted me and paid a full refund, admitting they made a mistake with the description. The shoes are not waterproof. They said that for some reason my original emails were in their spam folder. To their credit, they rectified the situation almost immediately after I posted my review on here. I am very pleased with the way they responded.
