Terrible Customer Service Received here Was told my Car would arrive within two weeks, however it only arrived 6 weeks after. Was not kept up todate throughout the delay. Car turned up to the wrong address and when i complained was told nothing we can do to help you. Very poor customer service throughout and they charge an expensive admin fee

Matt was excellent in helping me find a new car. Very informative on different cars and he was not the stereotypical pushy sales type, genuinely wanted to help find the right car for me. Any time I had to call or email he would answer straight away or get back to me as soon as possible. Highly recommend Matt at blue chilli.
