I was impressed with the polite and accurate correspondence relating to my purchase. At this time, I cannot rate or review the quality product I ordered, because I have not used it yet. Nov 30,2011I can get what I am looking for cheaper here than elsewhere, the only slight frustration is that items are sent requiring a signature for delivery - a pain when no-one is home and means I have to trudge to the post office. Standard post would be great for me!! having said that i can't fault the service.

Nov 16,2011Hi, When I originally started to order products on-line from Blue Herbs I could access the USA site and the offers were much better. ie. 2 for the price of 1. I also think your delivery charges to Ireland are excessive. Why do you not offer a 'delayed' delivery service that might work out cheaper for the customer. I actually refrain from ordering as I am so annoyed with these additional charges ! You must be able to arrange a better delivery price.
