Aug 08,2021Amazing service from Blue Leaf. Cheapest price I could find, they called after I placed my order online to confirm it and let me know the item was on back order. Then when the item arrived in stock they shipped it to me at no cost. I had originally intended to pick up from their store but Sydney lockdown would have delayed that. So Blue Leaf very kindly shipped it to me instead and then called to let me know. Would recommend them to all.

Jul 01,2021I came across Blue Leaf Bathware while researching items for a bathroom renovation and they had the best price for the items I was after. I was unsure about Blue Leaf Bathware as I had never heard of this company before but I'm glad I went with them. Abraham was helpful and efficient from the start, and he gave accurate advice about ETAs of out-of-stock items. Abraham gave me a discount for buying multiple items and also arranged split shipment at no extra cost (as some items were not in stock). When my items arrived, unfortunately one item was defective but Alan was very quick to arrange a replacement from the manufacturer and kept me updated. After my replacement was quickly delivered, Abraham took the time to call me to confirm I received the replacement. The service from Blue Leaf Bathware has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them.

May 25,2021I recently updated all the tap ware in my bathroom. I was looking for a good deal, and a website that was user friendly and gave plenty of information about the products. BlueLeaf provided all that, and i was pleasantly surprised to have all 12 items delivered to my front door, neatly and safely packed into one box, within a week of putting in my order online. A pretty good effort from Sydney to Melbourne. I have emailed and spoken with Abraham several times and have always received helpful friendly service.. very happy with BlueLeaf

Just goes to show that there are companies that still go out of their way for their customers. My gorgeous sink arrived promptly and its even better than I expected, even got a follow up call to make sure everything was perfect. Great service, Great products and Great price and yes I will shop with them again and 100% recommend them.
