Easy transaction, fair pricing and excellent quality products. Ordered 2 brushed brass Linkware Bidet Sprays and 2 brushed brass Linkware Dual Mini Cisterns back in June 2023 (Delayed review I know lol). There were delays due to the manufacturer but the whole ordeal was a pleasant one due to Donna’s customer service. I received phone calls, text messages and emails to keep me up to date and answer any questions I had. They genuinely wanted to provide the best customer service they could and they succeeded. I've made two purchases with this company. On both occasions my phone call was answered promptly, the delightful staff determined the availability of the product and advised me. One product I was able to collect in a few hours, the other was on back -order. When it was in stock, I was contacted and arranged to pick up. Very helpful and personal service.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THESE CROCKS..... bought 4 fans which were the wrong size, kept one because I opened the box and returned 3. I was told I would need to pay the postage....however, this company held back $100 from the refund, more than regular postage. Their company postage would have cost between $30 and $40.
