Christopher and the entire Blueprint team knocked it out of the park for me since day one of contacting them. They helped me navigate several years of personal back taxes and got the IRS to agree to a CNC status. To which now has significantly reduced my amount due by almost $15k! Great work, great team, extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone with tax issues.

I am a true testament to what Blueprint Resolution Services can do. When I started working with them I had literally hit rock bottom and had thousands of dollars worth of state and IRS debt, that I felt I had no way out of finding a solution for. They treated me with the utmost respect and explained to me in extreme detail ( sometimes 2 or 3 times as I sometimes cannot process information all at once ). They helped me to be able to continue to keep my business doors open while creating a payment plan that works for me and for the state/IRS. I would highly recommend them to anyone and gladly say THANK YOU to them for all of their help.

Blueprint was one of many tax resolution company's calling our office once our company name showed up on a tax lien report. The original caller got my attention and was not pushy or obnoxious, so I had him send me his contact information. After months and months of beating our heads against the wall trying to communicate with the IRS and get resolutions for a mistake and then another mistake on their part, we finally conceded and contacted Blueprint for assistance. The process was simple, the fee was fair and clear and they handled the rest. It did take months and they stayed in constant contact with any questions or needs and they resolved our matter in full. The whole thing was dismissed from the IRS. They were all a pleasure to work with and I personally was grateful for them saving me much stress and frustration, not to mention time. I highly recommend.

I have worked with Chris Kelley and Jen Raby at Blueprint for tax resolution and then later on penalty abatement. I am so pleased with not only the outcome of my case but their professionalism and due diligence to me and my business. I had heard negative concerns on these companies dealing with tax problems. Blueprint went beyond all my expectations of what they could do for me. They not only pleased me, but my CPA who is very hard to please was absolutely amazed at what they were able to do for me!! A little background to my story. I owned a business in the South West, that was doing well and was prosperous. At about the middle of the year my VP and another employee decided they wanted to start their own business, but without all the hard work. They began to steal my clients and employees. They slandered my company to our clients, stating that my business had gone under and all my company’s invoice checks were to go directly to them. I caught wind of this and began damage control. Unfortunately, things went south from there. The company’s revenue declined swiftly, and I struggled to make it through each payday. I had 15 employees who depended on me to keep them employed. They had families and needed to keep food on the table. Every dollar I could find went to payroll. My partner and I did not collect a paycheck while we were trying to turn this disaster around. We kept falling behind and I was forced to start looking for ways to save as many employee’s jobs as possible. Eventually I ran out of time and money. Let me just say, Uncle Sam was not appreciative of our methods for keeping our people employed. The company fell behind four quarters in payroll taxes and the business was going under. Now desperate, I reached out to Blueprint Resolution Services, and spoke with Jenn and she began the process of negotiation with the IRS. Christopher, President & Lead Case Manager, reached out to me shortly after my conversation with Jenn. Jenn and Christopher worked directly with the IRS Revenue Agent assigned to my case and they were my shield as I trekked through this. When I had my face to face meeting with the IRS Agent, Christopher was right there with me via phone. (Blueprint is based out of Colorado). I felt extremely comfortable knowing that I had these great people behind me. They maintained communication with me, coaching and guiding me to ensure that I took all the proper steps. Blueprint was able to negotiate the business portion of the taxes and arrange a payment plan which provided me the maximum benefit possible. They also worked with the revenue officer to place the closed business into a defunct entity status which resulted in me not having to pay additional penalties and interest. Were it not for Blueprint and these great folks, working diligently on my behalf, I seriously do not know where I would be today. Thank you, Christopher and Jenn!

Blueprint called me and told me I had a tax lien so I immediately hung up on them. Then I thought I better look into it and they were right! Somehow I had not received any notifications from EDD and a small issue turned into a lien. I called them back and they told me exactly what to do to fix it. They charged me nothing and were way ahead of my payroll service and my accountant! If I ever have a real problematic tax issue they will be my first call! Helpful, professional and honest.

Thank you , thank you Christopher Kelley and associates at Blueprint Resolutions. I was not going to take the call that changed my whole IRS situation, He and his team jumped on the problem and where able to get a payment plan in place just at the CUTTING OFF dates. It was definitely a " Hale Mary" but the team came thru!! If you are looking to engage a company to help you with your IRS problems look no further and save your time, you have found them !!
