Aug 15,2019Facing an IRS levy on my bi-weekly paycheck, which would leave me less than half of my earnings, I felt lost and hopeless. I am essentially live paycheck to paycheck on my "regular" earnings - the impending levy would be devastating. I didn't know how to begin to resolve my debt with the IRS, but I knew I couldn't live on what the IRS allowed me to keep of my paycheck with the levy in place. About a year ago, I tried to work out a payment plan with the IRS myself, but failed. I wasn't sure what Blueprint Resolution Services could offer me, but I decided to call them before I called the IRS again myself. Calling Blueprint last Friday morning was the best decision I've ever made. They listened without judgement and reassured me my situation was fixable. They asked me to send them my financial information, and from there, they dealt with the IRS on my behalf. By Tuesday afternoon, the Blueprint team achieved what I thought impossible, they were able to get the IRS to lift the levy paycheck, and then fine people at Blueprint provided the necessary documentation from the IRS to my employer's financial department in time enough that my Thursday paycheck will not be garnished! Nothing short of miraculous, in my opinion. Exceptional people who do extraordinary work, with compassion and competence. We never felt like they were doing anything for us to resolve our tax issues. Then, we were introduced to Blueprint Resolution Services. From the very beginning it was a totally different interaction. They were very professional and genuinely concerned to insure us that they were on our side. They stayed on task and kept us abreast of how the resolution process was progressing. We are clients for life.

Mar 28,2019BluePrint Resolution Services lived up to its name, "Resolution Services". They resolved my tax problems and the worries that came along with them. I tried two other tax resolution services before I found BluePrint. I was taken advantage of and got no resolution, just missed IRS deadlines . I then accepted an outreach from Blueprint and immediately things began to change. Just my initial conversation over the phone brought much peace of mind. I sensed immediately that I was dealing with people of integrity. From that first conversation to to the end of the process, I got nothing but great service from all of the staff at BluePrint. I wish I could tell the horror stories I experienced prior to finding BluePrint or should I say BluePrint finding me. To make a long story short, BluePrint is the way to go if you have tax problems needing to be resolved and do not want to be taken advantage of in the process. I had a lot to lose and BluePrint came through for me. Again. Thanks to all of the friendly, caring and professional people at BluePrint.

Mar 22,2019I cannot say enough positive things about Blueprint. I am leaving this review so that others needing help can see there is hope, and to trust this company instead of shopping around. Blueprint was able to help me identify and address my problems with back taxes, missed payments, issues with IRS payroll taxes and penalty abatement among other details in an efficient manner. I was able to work directly with Blueprint instead of waiting on hold with the IRS for hours. I was able to let go of the daily worry and stress as I struggled with tax issues. Chris and Jen were available 100% of the time when I needed to ask questions, get clarification, or just simply reassurance. They were worth every penny I paid and then some. You cannot put a price on the alleviation of such serious stress, and they helped me sleep at night knowing I could trust them to figure out each and every difficult situation with ease. They were professional, patient, caring, and treated me like a business owner instead of someone who had made mistakes. They helped me set up a payment arrangement and move forward with my life! The IRS can be intimidating and Blueprint represented me and my company with confidence, ease and patience.

Mar 20,2019When I got a letter from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance requesting a payment for funds owed, I was extremely concerned that this was an error. I asked some of my closest friends for help and they recommended Blueprint. Having limited knowledge about taxes and finance, I quickly reached out. Not only did I received assistance immediately, but the customer service and professionalism that was provided was remarkable. Terms were broken down into a language that was easy to comprehend and my worries were put to rest in no time. Shout outs to John for the assistance by the way! The situation was cleared up and the ridiculous amount that was originally requested was reduced and cleared away!

Feb 22,2019I found Blue Print online... I was desperate to find someone to consult with regarding my employment status as W-2 compared to 1099. While other Tax Advisors and CPA's have given me advice that would put me in jeopardy of getting in some big trouble with the IRS, Chris was extremely attentive, professional, well-informed, and ethical. He's efficient, responsive and charges reasonable fees. Overall, Chris was extremely kind, efficient and helpful! He saved the day! Not only is he incredibly smart but he works quickly and understands so much about tax codes and laws. I am a Sales Manager and Chris was able work with all my financial questions. I can't recommend him highly enough!!! Amazing!

Feb 22,2019We contracted another company and thought we were headed in the right direction. Blueprint made a cold call on us and gave us a few ideas on what to be aware of. They called to check in on us about a month later, which just happened to be the day that we found out the other company was failing...... miserably! I gave Blueprint a chance and Chris (and Jenn) absolutely knocked it out of the park. My advice is if Blueprint says they can do it, hire them. They will exceed your expectation. -Jason President

Aug 31,2018Recently IRS placed Federal tax lien on our company and its bank account. we reached out to Blueprint Tax and they were able to get all 8 active levies released and secured installment agreement with a monthly payment installment all within a couple of days. John and christopher were very helpful and informative. They explained everything with clarity and had a lot of good tax law experience to share with me. I am so glad i found them. I highly recommend Blueprint Tax to anyone.

Oct 10,2019We were sent two notices of levies from the IRS totaling over $10,000. As usual with the IRS, both were B.S. Blueprint has so far gotten the larger one for over $8,000 100% abated and is currently working on the 2nd smaller one. If you find yourself in this situation, you should expect to be contacted by multiple companies wanting to help you and you'll probably have no idea which ones are reputable and which ones are trying to rip you off. I would estimate I received over 75 phone calls, emails, and letters. Blueprint is one of the good ones and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in this situation.
