Website does not work!! - I’ve made two purchases and haven’t received anything. The money has come out of my account and then it refreshes me back to the beginning. you can’t even get through to them by phone, no communication what’s so ever. It would be appreciated if someone can get back to me regarding this!! Thank you.

This used to be a good company. They’ve been bought out (I think) by Dye & Durham. Having placed my order for a simple company setup, which should have taken 24 hours typically, I’ve finally had an email over 3 weeks later saying they have been unable to offer the service and will process a refund! They need to stop selling services they cannot fulfil. “Dear valued customer, Our records indicate that you recently placed a company formation order on one of our websites. Due to issues with our current order processing, we are unfortunately unable to complete your order at this time. While we work to resolve this, we have decided to cancel orders placed on or before 15th October, as we cannot provide a timeframe for completion. Please note your company formation order has not been processed or accepted with Companies House. A full refund will soon be processed for your order, which will be returned to your original payment method. We will attempt to process refunds within 20 working days, however exact timeframes can vary depending on the payment method used. If any further information is required for the refund, a member of our team will be in touch directly. You do not need to contact us to process your cancellation and refund. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and that we have not been able to process your order at this time.”

Do not use Blue Sky! They seem to have gone under as I formed a company two weeks ago and haven't heard back. They are ignoring all calls and e-mails.

Total fraud. Taking over a week, and no reply at all. Don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails and don't give you any update what so ever. Useless. Use someone else.

Forms and registration sent for new company formation. Took payment, received email saying they were experiencing delays, no mention of this when they took my money. Emailed for a refund, no reply, never answer the phone so dont bother. Still awaiting refund. Went to companies house directly, new busienss set up in 45 mins. Absolute scam company. Ombudsman emailed as they are defraudiung people.

DO NOT USE! Complete scam. I registered new company name on 6th September, a month later and still no update. They don't answer the phone; a complete waste of time. They barely respond to emails and their Contact Us form doesn't work either. AVOID

Our order was dealt with immediately. If they show any error they would contact us immediately and resolve matters quickly and process the application. As always the service has been effectively and promptly.
