Website was easy and everything was spelled out in plain and simple English, looked at a few agents but Blue Sky Formations did seem to be the best.

Understanding that your service is an online service, I have found very impersonal your customer service. I called a couple of times with a couple of questions and I sadly have to say that I have got all the required info. Yes we have the company registered but still have several questions that have not been answered. As a matter of fact I will have to make modifications in the future that could probably be not neccessary if I would have had all my questions answered. Besides when I called the first time the attention was kind but some like "I am king but harry up that I am busy attitude" and in some sense because of this "go, go, go attitude" the attention got close to be rude. I have chosen you because of reasonable pricing but there is a gap of information that other agencies do not have. If you just make a little more effort to reduce the gap you for sure will gain more customers and will be the best in the market. It could have been fully excellent if you just invest 1 single more minute with the client.

I have used this service a number of times, and have been pleased with the ease and speed of the company setup process. The system allows novice users to setup a company, although this also has its drawbacks. It's a no frills service, but "does what it says on the tin"
