Aug 30,2024The product and the after sales support these lads provide is absolutely amazing. I bought the Pro+ boost diesel turbo tuning module with Bluetooth and fitted it to my car using the comprehensive instructions supplied. But when I started the car the engine management light came on my dash. I went through all the trouble shooting procedures on the sheet but nothing changed. I contacted the guys via email and because I lived only minutes away from their workshop they told me to call in. They checked through all the fitting of the unit I had done and found nothing wrong but had determined that the unit had a fault and replaced it and everything is working perfectly. The boost and the mpg improvements which this unit gives is marvellous. And again the after sales support was fantastic. Thanks.

Jul 18,2024Bought the Pro tuning box for a performance car and so love the power gains of the E9 map setting in particular. Shame that you have to manually go into the box to change default setting for your choice though and can't do that via the app as on every cold start it defaults back to C6 setting on the app. Hopefully we'll see that handy option in a future incarnation. By the way, the customer service phone chat is top notch also.

May 22,2024A week ago I decided to upgrade my 2011 E class Mercedes with a blue spark product.. and was suprised at the change in power output most noticeably is the increase in engine torque. If the 30% increase in power is true. the car has gone from 170 BHP. to over 220 bhp. As a retired mechanic I have to say Im impressed ..would recommend 5 stars ..

May 08,2024Bought a Bluespark Pro + Boost from Bluespark but got some problems while fitting in my Civic FK3 1.6 diesel. I headed to their office and they cleared those issues just professional! About the tuning box, it does really well. Significant improves the driving quality and the fuel consumption from 60mpg to 70mpg! Regarding the experience it would not be gone wrong with Bluespark!

Dec 20,2023Audi A6 2.7 V6 TDI - Great company and service I bought the tuning box online and duly fitted it, but the box wouldnât communicate with my phone. I called them up and straight away, they sent out a replacement without issue and problem sorted. Their customer service is superb and you talk to real people, not a Chat Bot. I can highly recommend these guys.

Dec 09,2023By far the best tuning company around. I've had 3 CR TECHS now for different vehicles I've had and each one was top notch, the mpg has slightly increased and the torque low down is astonishing on my 1.5tdci EcoSport. I highly recommend these guys.

Jun 13,2023I recently had another tuning box from Bluespark, this time they did not a have a Map written for my AMG C43 V6. I took a lovely trip up to there workshop where they provided me with a loan car. (Fiat 500 Abarth) There my car was placed on a Rolling road and dyno tuned to create bespoke map for the engine. All I can say is I was blown away by the entire team, Gary, Hannah & Edd were just brilliant. Due to the long journey they even suggested places for me and my wife to stay (Durham with a visit to Seaham) If you are looking for a 100% honest company to get your tuning box look no further, I gained 50BHP and a perfect linear line throughout the power band, totally transformed a brilliant engine to an even better one and increased MPG. So a massive thanks to all the team and look forward to seeing you again in the future (I cant wait to come up again)

Dec 21,2022I purchased an entry level box the tech 2, fitted it today on my lunch break less than 10 minutes tried it round the block everything worked fine the when I drove home wow so much torque very impressed with the difference to my scirocco 2.0 tdi gt 140 just on factory settings c may try d next but may stick to c eventually very happy Ozzy

Nov 27,2022After reading mixed reviews about tuning boxes vs remaps, I realised most of the poor reviews for tuning boxes were about other brands. The thing that swayed me to buy a blue spark tuning box for my 1.5 petrol ford kuga was the British manufacturing and support and the testing that goes into them. The box arrived well packaged with clear instructions and even a money back guarantee! It took 10 minutes to read the instructions and 5 minutes to install. I was fully expecting the eml light or limp mode to come on when I started the car but no. I took the car for a drive and wow! What a difference! The car pulls much harder through the gears and has much less turbo lag low down in the range! Thank you blue spark for an awesome product! Highly recommend!

Apr 15,2022Experimentei muitas Boxes ao longo dos anos. A maioria era da Alemanha (por exemplo racechip, Gan, Tuningkit) e muito mais caras que a bluespark cr tech 2. Todas davam mais potĂȘncia ao carro mas acabava por perder na autonomia (menos 100km por cada tanque de combustĂvel). Para alĂ©m disso, havia sempre problemas, como por exemplo, maior trepidação do motor, rotação do motor irregular etc. A Ășnica que aumenta a potĂȘncia do motor sem baixar a autonomia e sem qualquer problema de funcionamento Ă© mesmo a Bluespark cr tech 2. Recomendo. Comprem sem qualquer receio.

Oct 16,2024Fantastic customer service. I had my Bluespark tuning box re programmed from a BMW M235i to my new BMW M2 and the process was effortless from start to finish. Great communication and speedy turnaround. I previously had a tuning box from "Pedalbox" and they were not interested in re-programming which is why I moved to Bluespark.
