Aug 21,2017There was never any doubt that they were a profesional team and knew what they were doing. The questionaire could be a bit clearer especially when it comes to owner's justification for registration. For instance: Initially I was told that all I needed for proof of ownership was an insurance policy of the boat in my name. Then other proof was suddenly asked for excluding previous registration documentation. I think previous registration documentation is very trustworthy proof. These comments have nothing to do with the staff who were very helpful and cooperative.
