Dec 17,2021No real complaints - the presentation of the gifts were excellent. The only suggestion for improvement would be if an SMS or email could be sent to the sender to advise that the gift has been delivered. i had to call in to find out. Although the service on the phone was good, it took time out my day at such a critical time of year when there are a million other things that need to get done.

Dec 17,2021Order not delivered. I rang to find out whats going on, was told somebody would ring back. 24hrs later still no information about my order. Just called again and no answer. Order was place 2 weeks before delivery was required, so had plenty of time to get ready and send out on time. Pathertic service really.

Dec 13,2021My company ordered multiple $1000 hampers for our premium clients. Additional items were added to the hampers tailored to the client. Bockers and Pony did not fully check the orders and missed items from the hampers. On following up, they acknowledged the request to fix their error but no result or outcome has been seen. They had more than a week to fix it before the client was given the hamper and they missed the opportunity. We will not be using these guys again.
