Jan 24,2010I shop a lot online and very often find it almost impossible to speak to reps who are knowledgeable about the products their company sells. This is probably because so many large retailers simply outsource to third party companies like Realperson. Body4real on the other hand are a small company who make every effort to help their customers. I have purchased from them several times and always find their staff to be friendly and very informative. All retailers should strive to be this good... Oh well, I can only hope!
