Oct 31,2019Most of my order for Ideal Boiler parts was in stock, packaged well and despatched quickly. One item was not in Stock, and I was contacted to see if I wanted to receive the available parts straight away and whether I wished to receive the balance of the parts when available. The main shipment arrived on time via DPD tracked delivery. Balance of the parts arrived by post about a week later, as agreed. Very satisfied.
