If you need a part quickly, order eksewhere. Totally unacceptable experience. The promised 2 day wait turned into more like 2 weeks? Firstly, incorrect part supplied...not my name or address...secondly, the correct part was delivered by somebody, a customer themselves, in Grimsby after they received my parcel! This company appears to just be taking orders and then sourcing parts/delivery from elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and use someone that can do the job

Ordered on the Wednesday expecting part the next day or the day after but the part didn't come till the following Monday. Apparentely it was the couriers fault Interlink they use. After chasing it up after a freezing cold weekend it arrived but it was stressful. Couriers lie and say they deliver when they don't. also if they did call where was the calling card there was none. Blatant lies. When prompted they did offer to refund postage though. Also the part was a little damaged in transit but useable. Not packaged as good as it could be needs more bubble wrap or the Couriers throw the packages around on the van. Website and phone link does not state opening hours its 9-4 weekedays only they aren't open at weekends but they don't make this clear. The phone line says we are BUSY if you call at the weekend. It dosent state they aren't open. SO you don't know whether they are closed or busy. Website only says open 9-4. No days stated. how do you know when to call if you don't know whether they are open 5 days a week, 6 days or 7 days. (UPDATE) its now been updated on their site after they read my review)

I ordered a gas valve next day delivery. The item failed to arrive after two days. Their phone never answers. When the item eventually arrived, it had been sent from DHS (domestic heating spares) with 11.9% added th DHS's price!

I ordered some Ariston ignition and dection electrodes, but they did not work. Later, Artiston's own engineer told me they were fake.

In most cases, a boiler part is ordered urgently. I ordered friday for a saturday delivery for this reason (and paid approx x3 more for it). I then received an email from them saying I wouldnt receive it until monday, so I went out to buy the part locally on saturday. What followed was over a week long cat and mouse game trying to trace the part they sent and get it returned for a refund. At the point of writing, I am still waiting for a refund. If you need a part urgently, I strongly recommend using someone else.
