Oct 13,2022We have been victims of a scammer asking money to get the parcel. We received that fake DHL request directly after I got the message from Bola that the parcel was on its way. But your office confirmed that it was not a request from BOLA. How is that possible? 1- Your system is "leaking" to those criminals automatically or,... 2- you have a person inside BOLA that inform those criminals when an order is sent. To get that spam so fast after BOLA telling me that the parcel is sent is not OK! You are welcome to contact me again al.jularp at gmail.com

Oct 13,2022The support and delivery of the Honeywell Evohome equipment by Bola Systems was good and relatively on time. Installed it in all rooms, with the mobile app, within 4 hours, works perfectly and the included Danfoss adaptor was very convenient for one valve. Three small issues; 1. a slight delivery delay by GLS. 2. the equipment was not properly packed and some protection packaging was missing (hence, the Evohome equipment bounced around in the cardboard box). Luckily, no damage or faulty equipment. 3. The Evohome screen has Dutch language settings, but the thermostats are only in English.
