I have actually a split review: The interaction with Bola Systems was _perfect-. I got a problem with the order, phoned, was helped within 5 minutes, perfectly clear. Mail confirmations next followed in 10 minutes. The order was confirmed within 15 minutes all, which is absolutely commendable [5 stars]. Prices are impeccable as well! Problem is: order was shipped with GLS about 8..9 days ago and I still don't get it and I am not sure where it is. I would really advise Bola to offer more shipment options [e.g. DHL or similar]. Sure, they can be more expensive, but a customer may want to pay a bit more and get the product faster. So if the shipment were done better, I would give 6 stars out of 5! NB: in the meanwhile the shipment arrived. I appreciate also a lot the reaction of Bola Systems on my review and consequently I upgraded my score to 5/5.
