Apr 24,2014BOMBAY ELECTONICS [[email protected]] I cannot rate the product because I have not received it yet. A couple days or so after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the above address...Electronics is spelled incorrectly. I replied using the @linkpt.net address and it could not be delivered. It lead me to believe there might be something fishy with the company since I have not dealt with them before, even though I did check BBB.org prior to ordering. I also went back on to the website and the status showed shipped. When I checked the tracking on USPS, the item had not been picked up. I would have appreciated an e-mail stating the item was shipped. Other than that, I thought the S&H was a expensive. I hope this can help your business since I saw a few items I am interested in. For

Apr 24,2014I searched all over the internet for a hard to find Pioneer DV-430V and finally found one listed for sale on Bombay Electronics, so quickly placed my order. About 24 hours later I received an e-mail announcing "Your order has been Shipped (Bombay Electronics)" It even included a tracking number. Then I called Bombay to ask why I had been charged $16 for Shipping when the site had my Pioneer listed as "Free Shipping". It was then that I learned my Pioneer had not been shipped at all. I was told in hard to understand broken English that all they had on their shelf was an empty box awaiting a returned product, and I would be getting a credit. This company is apparently a very small, unsophisticated shop that I will avoid in the future.

Apr 03,2014A manufacturer's firmware update made my region free Blu-ray player non-region free. I contacted Bombay and they immediately forwarded firmware to me get it back to region free. It works perfectly again.
