Dec 23,2013Placing a order was quick and easy. They ship my order right away the following day. I've received my Blu Ray in Canada 4 Days after placing the order, using Fed-Ex international Express! They answer my E-mail quickly for additional information on the product. I'm very satisfied with this BDPS-1100 Sony Blu ray player, it plays all my all region discs with no fuss, easy to use, and with all the new conveniences of todays Sony Blu ray player. The picture and the color are far better that the First generation Sony Player that the new one is replacing. This player is use on a Epson 1080P projector, with 110" screen. All I can say for now is wow, what a improvement!

Dec 23,2013Definitely will order again! These diffusers are great quality and beautifully packaged. Customer service with Bombay was friendly and speedy. The only downside to the whole process was that the shipment via UPS required a signature and wasn't able to be left on my doorstep. Otherwise, super satisfied customer here!

Dec 23,2013I inadvertently got stuck with a rice cooker from e-bay made in and intended for use in Korea. Didn't notice at first that after scrolling down the page past some other product offers the disclaimer that the voltage requirement was 230V and a step up transformer would be required for use in US. Did extensive research on the internet shopping for a voltage converter with enough wattage and Bombay was unquestionably on the top of the list for lowest value/nicest product. Received it on time and it works as it should. Would shop here again.

Dec 23,2013The product I bought from BombayElectronics was defective. It was Toshiba DVD Player SD5300KU. It plays some store bought DVD's but rejects many as "BAD DISC". I have since bought a DVD Player from a competitive manufacturer to Toshiba and all the reject discs that the Toshiba DVD playin a normal manner. I have contacted Toshiba Support on the telephone as their User's Manual instructs, and their technical expert agreed that the product I had bought was defective, and he would report this to Toshiba Support Center with the acknowledgement that Iwas entitled to a new DVD Player that worked.He sent me to a Toshiba website to place claim for a new machine that I was entitled to, but when I went there Toshiba rejected my imput as not valid. Consequently, I won't buy any product from Bombay Electronics again. They sell junk.

Dec 22,2013You get what you pay for and these guys delivered a full service and beyond. After having an issue with our specific blu-ray disc in the player that we had selected, these guys took the player back with the disc and found a player that worked. Re-shipped the new player with the disc with no issues or arguments. These guys went above and beyond all expectations. They did not have to exchange the player, but were more than willing to work with us to make sure we got a product that worked for our needs. New player works perfectly and satisfies all of our needs and more. Very highly recommended.

Dec 22,2013Ordered a multi region dvd player. When item eventually arrived, it had a european plug on it. It also says region 3, so ive had to order a plug adapter. Is my new dvd player really multi region? Who knows
