Sep 08,2021Tres contente de bon prix , qualiter super , les tailles sont une de plus part rapport a la notre faire attention , lire les avis comme sa , on sais la qualiter , les tailles si ils sont bien , sa aide. Autrement le retour et le revoie de la taille qu on veut , tres bien . je le recommande autant sur internet et part telephone qui sont sympas.

Sep 04,2021UPDATE: the order is finally ok so I changed from 2 to 4 stars. After 3 months I received the 3 curtains which look good. The email&Bonprix customer service team was always helpful and professional, the team shipping products messed up sending the wrong order several times. In conclusion, when things go smoothly the products are good for the price, otherwise be prepared to wait a few months for resolution. AVOID IF YOU WANT RELIABLE SERVICE I ordered 3 identical curtains which appeared in stock. Received 2 which are decent and this is why the 2 stars. I was told the last one isn't in stock anymore. Then over the course of the next 2 MONTHS, I received the last curtain in the wrong model THREE TIMES. Mindblowing. Every time I pay for return fees and Bonprix promises to reimburse, but it never happened. Bonprix keeps me stuck in this loop: there's no resolution, no reimbursement for the return or the time I waste writing countless times to them and going to the post office. I don't know if the 3rd curtain will ever arrive or I'll have to create returns in prepetuity.
