Jul 07,2021Please use better tape when packaging your boxes. Both of my packages came with the tape ripped open and this is not the first time it’s every time. Also it wouldn’t hurt to tape the sides of the boxes as the sides always bust open. The books inside were thankfully not harmed but it’s becoming less and less of the likely hood I’ll order again with the carelessness that goes into keeping the boxes in tact.

I found that I wanted to use a coupon for my first order after I had placed it, and so I canceled it, and the process was so smooth! It was canceled-done!!! And I just made a new order. I am so pleased with this store. Shipping wasn’t like super fast, but pretty normal actually. Overall 10/10 Will be purchasing again.
