Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014.
Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube.
Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate.
We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card.

Unfortunately ours didn’t pop up when box was ripped open. Upon seeing my review Boomf have contacted me and replaced the faulty gift.
Got some beautiful flowers for my Mum for Mother's day. She likes to keep her house pristine so obviously I had to get shooting confetti to cover her kitchen 😂😂 will deffo order again!
Brilliant quality and service
Although disappointed that one of the products was missing in the delivery, I was however extremely impressed with the level of after care service.

Fabulous service. Great surprises.
Bit disappointed in the quality of the flowers that arrived. Some petals were dying, buds already opened so it seems the flowers weren't as fresh as stated. The box states "get a camera ready" so the "surprise confetti bomb" wasn't much of a surprise for my partner. She knew to expect something
Great service, easy to choose, delivered when expected and a great surprise.
All the confetti fell out before you could even pull the tab .. ordered 3 (as you can imagain not cheap) and not 1 popped good only giving 1 star as they came the next day

I am about to write to you to complain about my purchase. The flutter did not arrive on time despite me paying for next day delivery and when it did arrive it had a broken band so did not even flutter!

Don't use for Overseas! Paid for tracking, but when the parcel has no movement for 8 days...it's lost - that is my experience working in Logistics for several years. While I received a prompt response, it was a polite fob-off for ME to get in touch again after a certain date, no offer to contact their business account and attempt to see if there is a noncustomer facing update. After further investigation on my own according to Austrialia post it's yet to leave the country! If you genuinely cannot do more your end then I strongly suggest you review your contracts with these services because there is a pattern! Extremely disappointed!! Delivery has now missed it's intended purpose. I will be seeking to escalate. What a waste of £26

Apr 01,2022I placed an order 16th March for delivery to Australia ( 8-12 days) 28th March .for my daughters birthday 31st March . It hadn’t arrive by 28th I emails was told due to covid it would be a few days late can I wait till 1st April ? What other choice did I have ? 1st April it hadn’t arrived I emailed again , again I was told it’s because of covid and will I wait a few more days ? Again what choice do I have ? I work in delivery and have worked throughout the pandemic , not once have we had a late delivery due to covid ? So it’s now the 4th they still haven’t delivered and now say it’s lost due to covid ??? And will refund me ? And they are sorry ! I’ve asked 3 times of someone will phone me ? And still they just email “ it’s because of covid and we are sorry “ I defo will not be using boomf again . I’ve just seen your reply , and still you blame COVID, like I said I’m in delivery too and we have not had one late delivery due to COVID I’ve aske for some one to phone me 3 times buy you won’t ? Why is that ? Is it because you know you are make up lies about it not being deliverd because of COVID ?
