We believe in making special occasions that little bit more special.

Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014.

Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube.

Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate.

We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card.

Ordered Sloth popup card. Did not pop up as shown the video and all the confettie still in the box. Not worth the money you pay for it.

Ordered 2 cards for different people. No choice at till to be able to send to different addresses. One didn’t arrive. When contacting customer service first person only sent auto responses which got me nowhere. Second person eventually offered a refund but at no point was an apology offered for the missing card (which missed the special occasion) Won’t use this company again.

I ordered almost 2 weeks in advance and it still hasn't showed up, even past Valentine's day..... this website is seeming like a giant scam. You can't even track your package. I just emailed customer service but at this point I just want my money back. I will continue to post on all their social media about how poor of a company this is if this ends up being a scam......

My valentine's order for partner never arrived and customer service skills are no existent. They don't want to resolve my issue so be aware if your don't get your order is tough.

My order never arrived and the company responded quickly to all of my emails. When my order never came, they issues me a refund and provided me with a discount to re-order my items with tracked shipping, so the code covered the shipping cost.

DO NOT ORDER!! I made 2 orders on the same day. 1 order with 2 of the exploding boxes and 1 with just 1. Neither of them ever came! I’ve waited over a week extra for one of them and the other was supposed to be here yesterday. Nothing. The customer service is total crap! Just ripping people off left and right. Talking about how I didn’t pay for tracking info so they can’t find my order! I never saw anything saying I needed to pay extra to have my package tracked when I was checking out. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOMF!! Also got an email that they refunded my order but nothing shows up in my bank account.

Order the cube with the confetti for valentines day and nothing has come,and now valentines day has passed i want a full refund,contacted their non existent customer service several times with no reply whatsoever and their tracking service is an absolute joke,will never use again,AVOID,update they replied to my emails the next day with all the usual excuses and said i needed to pay extra to get tracking what an absolute joke.

Card finally arrived after 5 days even though paid for next day delivery and when opened the card the confetti just fell on floor no explosion at all rubbish for the money

I Ordered the valentines Boomf , what a waste of money and time! Firstly it turned up at 6pm so the whole day had passed I would highly recommend u just go to the shop and buy a card! The explosion of confetti was absolutely anticlimactic the stupid box that comes out with the photos on it again cheap and crap! You are better of personalising your own card

Really disappointed! Ordered a personalised butterfly card, only for the butterfly to not fly out and come with a broken band, I have used boomf for cannons previously which were great but this occasion was a huge let down Update - Boomf have reached out and offered a full replacement,

I placed an order, checked tracking, and the website said I haven’t placed any orders even though my bank is showing that I paid for it. Received no response for days. Trying to get my refund. Highly disappointed.

Didn’t get out of the staring blocks. I wanted a card with picture and chocolates, I couldn’t get passed the personalisation stage. Gave up after wasting too much time. Very disappointed as I know she would have like that concept style card. Cheers

Delivery turnaround was very good. Card arrived without the advertised additional envelope, so having opened the package on arrival, it was then unusable unless I took the naff step of putting it back in the postal envelope addressed to myself. Further to this the card itself was poorly folded, with one side overhanging the other. Needless to say, off I went to buy a new card elsewhere. Very glad I was just purchasing a large standard card and not one of the more expensive offerings. I was amused to receive a marketing email days later with this line in it "We suspect you probably fell in love with our products for their uniqueness". No Boomf, no I hadn't. I'd think twice about sending self-congratulatory comms, and perhaps address quality control, otherwise it just looks a bit silly. Thanks for the laugh out loud moment though. I was a first time customer and there will be no repeat business from me.

I have received a response from boomf , which appears to have credited me . No real apology but I have added two stars for the quick credit. I have informed boom that the products eventually turned up but sadly the product had been tampered with (photos sent to boomf) . Upon opening the box clearly had been either tampered or sent out incorrectly as the confetti didn’t jump out so NO BOOM . It would appear Boomf have credited my account so that’s fair enough but their product quality control and customer service needs some big improvements.
