Jan 14,2024I originally ordered a boot liner for my son in law for Christmas (it was the one thing he asked for) and it arrived on time. However in that period, he changed his car to a completely different one! I explained to the company what had happened and was advised to return the item. I ordered a new one (for the new car) which happily arrived in time for Christmas! I was reimbursed for the first one - so am very happy that all turned out well. Thank you to boot-liners for being so understanding and - responsive.
