Oct 09,2024Chose Boots because of the variable width option, maintaining the aspect ratio of my camera. Annoyingly on the order summary screen the option defaulted to 6x4, but in the end the photos came with the correct aspect ratio - perhaps you could tweek the order summation page to reassure customers they're getting what they requested. Good quality prints.

Oct 08,2024Easy to use, good quality prints. I used the automated print service and it was so easy. both ordering and printing/picking up. Limited choice of print sizes for this service but for most people it would suffice. Will use again if required.

I do think the design functions (ie inserting photos, re-shaping photos and inserting text etc) could be a bit easier to use or more step by step guidance given. I had to rely on trial and error and hope for the best. But it turned out fine!
