Feb 07,2025I ordered 100 6x4 prints off my phone but they came back all different sizes, some tall & thin with blank borders so wouldn’t fit in the frames I wanted. That’s a shame as the quality of the prints was very good.

Feb 04,2025Very pleased with the product overall and will continue to work through decades of digital images to put them into family albums as I am getting quite familiar with what the program can do However there are a few options that could do with refining. One of the main refinement for me would be to be able to move a completed page to another project. One can move it around within the album that is being worked on, but not to another project. When working through pictures over a long project, it is easy to get them out of chronological order and need to move them to another project (album) altogether. This does not seem possible

Feb 04,2025Boots Shrewsbury. Absolutely no staff about. One man serving in medical counter - 8 in queue. Self-service photo service would not let me print the photos I wanted (off USB stick) and printed one of them badly - only half of the photo printed off. Not acceptable considering it is so costly per photo! Staff member downstairs was helpful but the service is completely lacking. Will use another service elsewhere next time.
