Feb 01,2025I ordered photos on my internet to collect from boots as I needed them to give to the printers for funeral arrangements. There is no one there to help you. I had to get a member of boots to help find the print as the printer I used said the order was not available He told me they was not allowed to help as boots no longer have nothing to do with the bootsphotos but as I was upset and stressed he did get them for me which only took a few minutes I feel as I paid 60p per print which is not cheap the quality could of been better and they should be someone to help. They need to get their customer services sorted out.

Jan 31,2025A fast service, but unfortunately, the photos always come back completely out of order even though I ordered them in date order, but the photos always come back all muddled up, so I always have to waste time putting them back in date order! Surely the machine prints them off in the order that you request them? It does with another company that I use to print photos?

Jan 28,2025Having ordered a photo calendar this year for the first time from Boots, I would definitely not recommend anyone to do so! The cost of the calendar was more than some other options but I thought as a regular Boots customer the product would be of a good standard. However it arrived with one of the months dates blocked off by the photo placed over it. I contacted Boots/Cewe and was told after a considerable amount of time, phone calls and effort that I had to return it by post before they would refund me, despite sending photo evidence of the faulty calendar. I was appalled at the standard of the product and customer service. I expected better from Boots.
