I purchased a briefcase and wallet from Bosca. I found another one I liked better. I kept the wallet. I never took the briefcase outside, removed any of the tags, or used the briefcase in ANY way. I returned the briefcase, and received an e-mail saying that I had used the briefcase and they are not accepting the return. This is an absolute lie. *edit* That bag was NEVER used. None of the wrapping was removed and I barely removed it from the bag. I found another bag I liked better and returned it. Your customer service is AWFUL and you don't need to be patronizing. There are other reviewers who have said the said thing about attempting to return an item. You are dishonest and rude. Your awful reviews speak for themself.

Purchased a portfolio for my wife in 2021 from a Bosca store. The outside is elegant and has started to wear as Italian leather should. The inside liner has started to crumble and fall apart in small bits. I emailed Mariah from the Warr. dept.. She requested photos. They show no damage and the portfolio had the BOSCA tag inside. She said that this portfolio has not been produced in 20 years and I believe that there is a problem with the portfolio's since they are made with a different product now. The store I purchased it from might have had it for as she stated for "many many many years". She offered a 35% discount. The problem I have is that only a Bosca dealer/store can sell their products. This was purchased from a Bosca dealer as the other 14 or 15 Bosca products our family has purchased, ( we are a Bosa family). My question is - If they won't warranty a genuine product because of the time it may or may not have spent on their dealers shelf, they should have a buy-back return to factory mandatory program for their dealers / stores. Their products are usually 2 - 3 times higher than other similar products or knock offs but they had a 3 generation family backed name and always been quality leathers. We are very disappointed in a company we have loved for many years. Time to change to a brand that values its customers and we can have faith in.

had wallet in my pocket with a coin. coin left a permanent indention, so did my phone. like other have said it is supposed to be italian, but has a tag sewn inside that says made inching. be=even if it is actually italian and bosch, they should have went a bosch tag inside not a china one!!! will stick with royce or coach. dont know how the other guy in the review got 4 replacement wallets in 13 years from bosch, sounds fishy. they dont even care when you try to get a replacement. and the free gift is a $50 keychain for doing a review,lol. this keychain looks like it was made by temu…. pathetic. there are several scratches and dents that wont come out and i only carry this wallet out on special occasions….. NOT HAPPY!!!!

I recently ordered this item from Bosca - OLD LEATHER Full Gusset, 2 Pkt Card Case W/ I.D.. I placed the order on Thursday of last week. I received it on Saturday and placed my cards into it on Sunday. I like the card wallet. The leather is nice and it has plenty of room for my numerous credit cards. BUT Bosca's customer policies leave something to be desired. On Monday, Bosca put my card wallet on sale for 45% off. I emailed customer service asking for a price adjustment. I was told no. It is against company policy. I could not return my item and re-order at the lower price since I had already used the wallet. You can only return unused items. Very poor customer policies which leave a bad taste in your mouth. One other thing - I submitted this review on the Bosca website and they have not posted it.

Warranty claim is a lie. Their wallets are of poor workmanship. They are nice to look at it, but not for everyday use. Their customer service in Ohio is pathetic. Google them and see for yourself the run down building they conduct their business from? If they take such a serious approach in their quality of products as they stated in their response. Why was I given such a hard time about a replacement. I sent pics of the damaged as per request and called multiple times looking for answer and all I received was the run about. Sorry but I do not trust a single word in your reply. Wallet was replaced 3 times, not 4 . This should tell you that their quality of their products is sub par. Bottom line is if you claim a lifetime warranty for defects, you should honor it. Otherwise its false advertising.

3 bags and $650 later a bust. Bought leather bag twice and on 3rd replacement and straps snap within days. Bought on Klarna and they sent it to collections. Why am I paying for a faulty product. What a joke

Don’t know what the wallet quality is. I ordered it with 2 day shipping on 9/8/21. It was a gift for my husbands birthday on 9/12. Well here it is 9/15 and STILL no wallet. Very disappointing Update: Bosch contacted me right away and refunded me $10 for shipping (which was free) and explained they had contacted the delivery service who was having trouble delivering on time my husband loved the wallet so all is well!

I suppose this is a review of their customer service, not their product. I signed up for their emails and received a one-use 10% discount code. I had filled in the code for my purchase and had chosen free shipping. I decided to upgrade my shipping, pressed the Back button and the code disappeared, along with my ability to apply it on later attempts. This could have been easily remedied after I contacted them about the problem, but after several attempts they have never responded, let alone sent a replacement new-customer code. I am discouraged and thinking that if I were to make a purchase and had a problem with it, they would be equally unresponsive.

I had read many good reviews about the quality and durability of their wallets before purchasing, however two days into using it, the leather was scratched and damaged very easily. It was a gift for Valentines Day, now two months later i think I’ll have to look for a new wallet.

I used to hold Bosca in very high regard… even posting a complimentary review or two. Their leather products and their refill paper were of very high quality. That is, until I went to purchase some refill paper for my Bosca portfolio and the quality was disappointingly inferior to the same product I purchased a few months prior. I attempted to post a review on their website indicating my displeasure with the change over three times, and Bosca refused to post the comments. It speaks to the integrity of the company or lack thereof. So these other comments about the inferior products are no surprise to me.

I bought a leather wallet for my husband for Christmas. I had looked at it for a while and made the purchase during black friday. I already received an email that the product has been shipped. I am very excited about my purchase. It is hard to find a good quality wallet for a good price. I am very excited about receiving it. All positive experiences so far!

Purchased a belt on line and I live 40 Miles from their operation. Took three weeks for belt to be delivered and then they mailed the wrong size. Took another two Plus weeks to get a Return Authorization. They received the return in two days and that was two and a half weeks ago. Called Customer Service and inquired on my belt exchange and was told it was in process. That was 10 Days ago and still no belt. To say they have problems is an understatement and as far as Customer Service - What a waste of energy as they do not get any results other than make excuses for the company. I just left a message for a refund rather than an exchange. Wonder how long that will take? Suggestion - Shop somewhere else!

I have to agree with Brian’s review. BOSCA is an Italian name (I assume) that sells a line called “Old Leather”. Their wallet has a “1911” in it as they have been making leather goods since then (again I assume). Their website has lots about Italian leather. However, I bought their 12 card wallet for $155 from Nordstrom and the tag sewn into the seam (halfway down so extremely difficult to read) inside the bill compartment says “Made in China”. I can buy an unrecognized brand black leather wallet on Amazon for $13 that I expect to be Chinese, not a 109-year old Ohio-based luxury leather brand. Disappointed as expected more for the extra $142...

Bought this great front pocket wallet for myself. Shopping was quick and efficient. Will shop here again. First wallet lasted 10 years and still going. Bought a second for going out to formal events.

Hi! 1st of all, I've had 1 of your leather wallets for years!!! Have always thought the leather was superb! OK, the last one I ordered the leather is soo tight & stiff, that I honestly can't even get the cards out of the sleeve! So, what has occurred w/your leather quality over the years?

I ordered and paid for a calendar for my planner, received the wrong one, I called and they assured me they would send me the correct one. Never got it. Extremely disappointing. Never deal with your company again. Terrible customer service. Not worth the cost or the time, too bad.
