Oct 25,2024Lee is super nice and i had a lot of information leading up to install with quick responses, however installers were noncommunicative and did a lot of things without letting me know beforehand, and caused property damage. Bounce were pretty good and fast at replacing and sorting things afterwards but the loss of some of the original house floorboards and damage to personal items from being moved carelessly isn't great, and was very avoidable. The system seems to be working well though I haven't had it in for very long at time of writing.

Oct 07,2024Had my ASHP installed in August but wanted to wait until I was using it regularly before writing a review. I have to say I’m more than satisfied with both the service I got from Bounce and the performance of the system since. Initially I requested 3 quotes but Bounce stood out straight away giving the impression that they not only knew what they were talking about, but also that they really wanted to work with me. Nothing seemed too much trouble, even allowing me to modify their proposal to accommodate the quirky nature of my 175yo cottage. They treated us and our property with respect and the installation was both quick and efficient with minimal mess which they cleared up before leaving. I would have no reservations recommending Bounce to anyone looking for an ASHP.

They are a really understanding group who work with you on a friendly level making you feel comfortable. They walked me through everything being very patient and understanding as I didn’t have a clue about air source heat pumps but now to my knowledge are delighted with the outcome. Thank you

Dec 15,2023SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST. It is true, before I found Bounce Renewables, I was going to give up on Air Source heating. Several companies I tried ranged from nationals who were completely inflexible, some others who just slagged of rival companies and everything in between; through to another that I believe were con artists who promised much verbally, but altered everything once they had my deposit. I had to threaten them with court action to get my deposit back. Bounce, were like a breath of fresh air, they listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that and at the agreed price. Their people are true craftsmen and everything they did from high standard of their plumbing through to the cleanliness while carrying out their work, it showed they took pride in what they did. They took their time to explain the controls and how things like the i-Boost works and set up apps on both my wife’s and my i-Pads. They needed the patience of a Saint, as I am 80 and a bit of a Luddite. Get estimates from others of course (but get them in writing before handing over a deposit) but do go to Bounce Renewables, you will not be disappointed.

Oct 30,2023From the minute I first spoke to Bounce Renewables I hoped there would be no hard sell and mercifully I was right, they were very professional from start to finish. Lee came out to see me and was fantastic, like the other reviewer on here I’m a single lady and also very wary when making appointments but he did everything to put me at ease, very straightforward and talked me through all the options and how an air source heat pump is different to a boiler. I didn’t place a deposit on the appointment but Lee wasn’t pushy at all and was always on the end of the phone for my numerous questions after! When I did finally decide to make the leap and go with them, I was dreading the installation process but I needn’t have worried; Luke and the guys were very professional and cleaned up as they went along and also took all the rubbish with them instead of leaving an unsightly skip on my drive. There wasn't an aspect of dealing with Bounce that wasn't excellent; Lee told me that they pride theirselves on their customer care and he was spot on and I was so impressed that he’s now installing my brothers heat pump and solar so I think that tells you all you need to know!

Aug 30,2023Had a Mitsubishi eco dan heat pump installed and new Radiators throughout. There was no hard sell, Lee arrived at my house when he said he would. On his own like he said he would unlike another company when 2 sales men arrived. Not good when you are a single female ! Lee was extremely patient whilst I made my mind up. I must have changed my mind 4 times ! On instillation day the 3 man team that arrived were brilliant, very thorough and precise in their work. They left minimal mess, were very hard working, they even had lunch in relays. Lee also called round a short while after work was completed to check I was happy with everything. I couldn't recommend Bounce enough. Thanks for a great job.

Jun 28,2023Had 5kw solar PV, 5.8kw battery and a Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump installed by Bounce Renewables. I’ve got to say that every person we dealt with was a credit to the organisation, nothing was too much for them even though we changed our minds umpteen times they stayed patient with us and never rushed us and never gave us the hard sell (unlike another company that came to see us) which wanted £5,000 more to do the same job!). Also want to mention Lee who was such a good sport, we wanted a no-nonsense sale and we got it with him, good old Yorkshire honesty! We will be recommending Bounce to everyone we know because we think that great companies should be recognised for the job they do.

Jun 07,2023Had Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Bounce after getting three other quotes and although they weren’t the cheapest they also weren’t the dearest either. I honestly can’t recommend them enough, they were a delight to deal from first contact to install (they were so clean and tidy!) even when paying the bill at the end! Thanks guys, I’ll be recommending you to everyone i know lol

The cheerful and hardworking plumbers arrived on time and cracked on with the job, hardly taking a break. All the parts and equipment arrived promptly, indicative of great organisation, and the whole experience, as these things go, pleasant and well handled. Highly recommended!

Add into this the minimal disruption, quality of work and friendliness of the install lads, I can do nothing more than highly recommend Lee and the team at Bounce. From first interaction to final sign off we couldn't be happier with the installation and performance of our heat pump.

Mar 21,2023I was impressed with the professional nature of the team at Bounce and how they managed the install, keeping me informed throughout the process, from the initial conversations through to post install care. The install itself went very smoothly despite it being in an older property. The team were courteous, arrived on time and tidied up after themselves in a way that shows pride in their work. I put all this down the fact that Bounce manage the installs in house and I was dealing directly with an experienced team, rather than a sales organisation that contracts out the work with little care post sales. It’s early days but the system is working a treat and already saving me considerable amounts of money.

Mar 20,2023Excellent company! From start to finish the experience was 5 star. Put all my little worries to rest straight from the off, wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but certainly no where near the most expensive! But their attention to detail was a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies we had round! They replaced all of our radiators as a matter of good practice, whereas the others wanted to leave some in which seemed odd to me as we were spending so much on an all new heating system. I don't hesitate to recommend Bounce, well done guys.

Feb 02,2023We had our system installed on the 7th of November 2022 and I was waiting to put this review on here until it was bedded in. Now 4 months of having our heat pump and not one issue we are completely satisfied and happy with our heat pump. We are very pleased with the excellent service from Bounce Renewables from the very first contact and throughout the fitting of our Air Source Heat pump. All the people involved were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. I would especially like to mention the young gentleman Jae who visited us and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and to ensure we was making the right decision. Im not a lover of salesmen in general however Jae didn’t at all come across that way a matter of fact the complete opposite wanting to help us reduce our bills and give us the information we require to make our decisions. everything was precise and professional and I must say a very knowledgeable and freindly young man what a great asset to Bounce Renewables!! We felt we were in very safe hands and are very pleased with the finished system. I would definitely recommend this company. Bounce renewables are an asset to the industry thank you again!

They certainly know their stuff.The installation team worked very hard indeed, and the premises were left clean and tidy. I am rather anxious about new technology, and the team have been patient , responding to all my questions. I recommend them without reservation.

Feb 10,2025Bounce installed an ashp system for us in November 24. The company proved to be highly professional in our dealings with them and the install was carried out to a high standard by a highly professional, flexible and engaging team. Any subsequent snagging was undertaken at the earliest convenient time for us and again done to a high standard. Lee kept in touch throughout the whole process, honouring his original quote even after a rise in costs due to a change to our choice of radiators. Whilst this review is arguably academic as the company no longer trades, it would be unfair not to recognise the commitment and professionalism of Lee in his dealings with us and delivery of the ashp system.
