Jul 01,2023Overall good experience, very quick at answering emails for any problems or concerns and especially extremely nice pick up drivers. The only problem was the delay on the pick up of more than two hours, but luckily it got sorted easily.

Jun 29,2023I would recommend boxie24 for anyone looking for a storage space. Michael was my point of contact for arranging things. He was super friendly and kind enough to listen and understand your situation. He always responded fast and with clear answers.The guy that picked up my stuff did a good job and was really nice . Very smooth and efficient. I am yet to get my package back but so far they have done their job really good. Only thing I would improve is to give a little more precise estimate of the pick-up time (2/3h). Price wise: I found them to be cheaper than their competitors also considering the pick-up service

The counselling chat I had with them on the phone was very helpful and gave me the much needed insights into package handling, fees and pick up options. The pick-up itself was smooth and friendly as well. I can recommend using Boxie24.
