I thought Malcom Robertson who handled my partner and myselfs life cover was excellent doing a great service. And also Keiren Starmer that handled my public liability. Both guys where excellent and have both saved me in my monthly repayments. So satisfies customer, will be back.

Sep 30,2019I have been with this insurance company for my holiday let for a number of years now. I have found them to be efficient and responsive. The real test comes where you have to claim. I had some guests who damaged steps on my property and I had to have them replaced. BQI insurance paid on the claim without a problem.
