Jun 21,2018BQI is consistent with their timescales for completing the business, but slow. The fact that we have gone back to them means that they provide us with good value products. Our experience over the last three years is that there is a rush at renewal time to receive the new quotation and agree to it and then pay the premium. Their justification for such tardiness is unclear, but it is frustrating for the customer.
