I'm expecting my refund,but for 97£ I was expecting a little support and quality, I had to return it and pay for return,as they don't offer returns prepaid labels I've received a lot's of emails because of my review, I still maintain my opinion that fot 97 £ I was expecting a good quality and a perfect support for my knee,after the surgery..so poor quality and I've been asked what improvements can be made,they should offer a prepaid label return at least for items above 50£ And still didn't received yet my refund,in my initial review I write about not so good quality and not good support
Trying to purchase a Bauerfeind product online I experienced sizing difficulties. On calling Brace-Yourself I was assisted by Jeff. Immediately helpful and friendly, he even contacted Germany directly to solve my questions. He responded immediately he had the required answers and my purchase from then was simple. My purchase arrived quickly and is exactly what I require. These are not inexpensive products and the correct measurements are essential, getting it right first time is important. Jeff's assistance was invaluable and I could not be more delighted with the service I received.
I have ordered 2 braces both of which arrived quickly. Unfortunately I needed to return them as they were too big for me. Brace Yourself have been brilliant in terms of providing advice and refunding my money. They will now be my go to supplier for braces in the future.

After ankle surgery a family member had to wear a large size 13 moon boot all the time, for 6-8 weeks. We really struggled to find a shower cover big enough to fit over the boot, as they all measured too small. The medical shower leg protection from Brace-Yourself comes in a large, size 12-14, shoe size. It is a perfect fit, easy to get on and off and keeps the leg totally dry during a shower. It is making life so much easier. The customer service has been excellent - emails replied to quickly and the order arrived the day after dispatch. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered an Elbow Brace & a wristband. Had to exchange as I had ordered a size up. Jeff was amazing throughout the whole process. Delivery was really as fast as can be. Jeff from customer service is really going the extra mile! Very helpful to arrange a workaround in order to get the ordered item to Northern Ireland. I ordered on Friday afternoon and received the item on Monday before lunch time, excellent! The product is also good, I can only recommend Brace-Yourself.

I was looking for a brace for an upcoming ski trip. As I was visiting the UK for a short time (I live overseas), I only had a small window where a delivery could be made. Jeff was outstanding at arranging a swift courier of the brace and it arriving before Christmas - and overcoming all the added issues with Royal Mail strikes. Great service.
I ordered my Achillo Train one day and it arrived by DHL the following morning. What an excellent efficient service by the company in getting my order done quickly and DHL in its delivery service. You can’t do better than that. They also checked their stock to see if what I wanted was in stock and only one left. Very impressed. Highly recommend brace-yourself, based in North Shields and I live in Gloucestershire.
Great customer service and super fast delivery! I ordered Hallux Valgus Brace and contacted the seller after placing my order to say that I would be very pleased if they could send my order early and I received my order in less than 24 hours. Also, I haven't used the product yet, but I can say that it looks good quality. Nothing much to say I can only express my satisfaction by giving 5 ⭐️
Fantastic Customer Service and fantastic product!! My original order didn't arrive in time before I left to take part in Ironman Barcelona with a bad knee. Absolutely no fault of Brace-Yourself, but Fedex poor service strikes again. I contacted customer services and explained my predicament and Jeff couldn't of been more helpful. He totally understood my need, and tried desperately to track my order with Fedex with little joy. He contacted me right back and arranged another delivery (via a different courier) for the very next day. This meant my son could bring it with him when he flew out to support me. Truly fantastic customer service, and I was so grateful. The brace was just perfect. I know the guidance would always be not to change or add anything different or new for race day but the brace gave me the support I needed, and was so comfortable. No rubbing or issues with it at all. I’ll be highly recommending it and brace-yourself. Once again, thank you for your great customer service! Bravo!
I had to leave a review for this company, even though the only other review on here seems to be for the same reason as mine... A gentleman named; Geoff or Jeff helped me when I did not receive my item. It turns out it was stuck at customs... I was upset initially because had I known the item was being drop shipped, I would not have ordered it. It turns out that I could not find a retailer that stocked this item locally. I phoned retailers who, according to the manufacturer, are approved stockists; but no one had this brace in stock. Brace-yourself did offer the item at the cheapest price, and free shipping, which is why I went with them in the first place. It was the only brace I could find that had good reviews to help with the injury I have. Geoff/Jeff arranged a delivery with another courier, and it arrived earlier than expected. I can see the original sent item is still with the first courier - stuck at customs I have to assume. Thanks Brexit!! I was also able to call and have someone - Geoff/Jeff pick up immediately, which was not something I could do some retailers when I was acquiring about this product. This item has really helped a lot. Thank you!
What a fantastic company. Having had issues sourcing the brace that I wanted, due to supply issues into the UK, they were simply superb at every level and their customer service is second-to-none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and hope many others do too.

Jul 07,2023I’d been looking for a wrist support for when I play tennis for a while, but I wanted something that didn’t look too ‘medical’. I saw the Bauerfeind Sports Wrist Strap and ordered it. Communication with Brace-Yourself was great - I was kept notified of order confirmation and dispatch. But when my item hadn’t arrived after a week I followed up by email and they checked the tracking for me (within about half an hour of my email being sent). It turned out there was a problem with the courier and my parcel was stuck somewhere in the FedEx network. Jeff arranged for a replacement order via DPD and it arrived the very next day. I’m happy to say the item itself is perfect for my requirements; it gives great support to my wrist and I love the bright pink and orange colours - it’s almost like a very functional fashion accessory. I always think you can tell more about a company and how they deal with things that have gone wrong than when they have gone right and this was a very positive experience. Thanks to Jeff for your excellent customer service.
