Oct 09,2018Because my recorded delivery arrived on Saturday there was nobody at the lab to accept delivery. I spoke to several people (on the Monday) who were all extremely helpful. When my sample pack was re-delivered (Tuesday) it was analysed for me that same day.

Oct 17,2018I give them four stars, as I originally ordered the wrong item due to their website and advertisement being confusing on what you was actually getting. But they were very helpful in sorting it out and issuing a refund for the confusion. And informed me they was getting some one to update the website as I'm not the first to do it. They are very nice, friendly. And helpful.
