Feb 02,2018Bradley Environmental delivered a prompt and careful service. The tests were turned around quickly. Subtance test less than 24 hours. air quality test within a few days. Followed up by a report and then more information when we requested it. They were very helpful indeed

Feb 02,20185 stars for a quick reply and Artex test results returned promptly but,and this the reason why I am disatisfied; I still do not know how dangerous my Artex is.Bradley did not stipulate, they only told me what the substance contained was within the Artex sample. The results indicate Chrysotile is a brand name used for a type of Asbestos within Artex . If Bradley had said how its content could be concidered all would have been fine, it would give me some idea how to pass the information on,but they did not so they are not really very helpful. There are many types of Asbestos and regarding how Artex is mixed with a form of Asbsedos and spread on ceilings,I still have no idea how dangerous,or,how harmless Chrysotile is from a point of reference,which is why I took a sample and sent it to the experts. A pointless survey without that information and regarding spook stories in ceilings containing Artex. Needless to say they didn't commit themselves further but were happy to take my money for their findings of an electron microscope to test my substance, which is what you get as a customer, nothing more.
