It's a training course not a real job. I didn't even got the recommendation letter that I have asked for and they claimed to send it from the instructor. Training is just below average. Avoid them!

Trainee’s quality is laughably bad. There seems no standard for trainers. When it comes to class management, no one can be below them. The trainer is clearly inexperienced, and it revealed when they couldn't react well to students' questions and claims. Instead of responding to them objectively, the trainer childishly accuses students and blames them. No wonder why there was no feedback opportunity after the course. Needless to say, do not waste your money and time on such a scam.

Hi everyone, we have talked about TalentKompass with some of the ladies of a Tech MeetUp group I belong. It seems this company sends your CV to another company called Kreativstorm who might then send you a questionnaire, and later offer you a 4 week training course for 160 eur, it seems it is a SCAM, please beware! More info: reddit.com/ r/jobboardsearch/comments/13krsyt/talentkompass_deutschland_is_hiring_a_junior/ Another company that does this is Brainnest which seems closed now: trustpilot.com/ review/brainnest.consulting It seems a scam trend focusing on entry-level, bootcamp-graduates who are looking for their first job, and they are taking advantage of it. Just be careful and google the company before applying. Good luck all with the job-hunting, you can do it 💪

It was a productive time during the online training with Brainnest. I encourage candidates to further enhance their knowledge in the industry with Brainnest, very useful.

Hi, I got into the one month Graphic Design Brainnest Internship from April 13 to May 10 2023. I have been freelancer for several years now. It was great to speak and learn from the Instructor about the current ins and outs of the profession that indeed has changed from when I graduate back on 2008. It was a refreshing experience to put my knowledge and skills to the test in a wide range of design briefs, that showed me where I need to improve to move forward. It also showed me that I have what it takes to resolves the challenges that may arise from client's perspective, which is something i have been doubting myself as of late. The Instructor was extremely helpful and always open to answer any of your questions no matter how your time-zones differ and how silly you might have think they are. As a whole i feel that its an internship that should be taken at least once to refresh your knowledge from work ethics to how to approach several client problems in today's working environment. Still it is an introduction into Graphic Design as a whole. But even veterans might find it ideal to practice the basics to fix any flaws you may have acquired while freelancing. By having a professional offer feedback/creative criticism on things that he finds that you haven't noticed. As you prepare yourself to re-enter the current job market. Regards, Jorge Luis Severino

One day I was looking for a job and I came across many openings for a UI/UX internship, so I applied. The HR manager sent me an email weeks later saying that they couldn't hire me because there was a better candidate but they had a one-month internship program for which I had to pay approx 129 euro. I decided to enter since the brochure promised personalized advice, help with your portfolio and courses from Monday to Sunday. Once I was in the course, I began to be very disappointed since the content was very simple, they literally only gave you classes on Saturdays and Sundays for approximately 2 hours, the tutor was very kind and had good knowledge but only taught you a few important design phrases during 20 minutes and the rest of the time I reviewed everyone's work, which was not at all like it said in the brochure that they sent me at the beginning, it did not cover any of the relevant topics and there were no extra activities. All that he taught you were things that you can easily find in an online course for 13 euros. Days later, tired of not receiving significant advice for my growth, I received an alleged internship offer by mail to work with the same company, so I began to look at all their information again to see if I applied, for which I found that their website had changed and now the headquarters in Bremen, Germany no longer existed. It seemed very strange to me and I found several reviews on different sites from dissatisfied people and people who were paid to give them a positive review. They promise you that you will get a job with them but in the end their company doesn't hire you, their business is basically in the courses, which hook people through many vacancies posted on different sites for people to apply and then offer them employment only if they get into their course. I honestly do not recommend this company, they create fake accounts to rate their company and have high scores on websites like Glassdoor, also they do not upload anything relevant nor real on their social networks.

The program was amazing. The instructor is very knowledgeable and an expert teacher who made sure that no one in the class was left behind in the matter of understanding and connecting various concepts & intricacies of the subject (It's very rare to find someone that really cares if their students are learning or not). Overall, it was a world-class experience and is worth every penny of the money spent.

They are not offering job. So if you are looking for any internship or part time job please avoid them. The best part is they refunded my 80% amount. But still for Jobseekers they have nothing much but for students who wants to practice their networking skills on packet tracer they have good materials.

Unfortunately, I had the worst experiences in my whole life with this company. They advertise job offers and internships on LinkedIn and other jobs website. After you apply, you receive a gentle rejection email including good news about a specific course they offer which might increase your chance of getting their job offers. Unfortunatly. I fell into this trap and paid for the course, and the surprise was that they brought freelance instructors from other countries, such as Latin America, Romania, and the Balkans, to pay them low wages to give the course. The instructors have very bad English levels and do not have any professional experience in business analysis or marketing. I highly do not recommend it at all, and I have too much evidence for this in case anyone needs to know more.

Beware of the White Scam: A warning to all job seekers: be cautious of a company posing as a legitimate organization offering internships and courses. This company, called Brainnest Consulting, is a scam that preys on those looking to advance their skills and careers. The scam starts with the offer of an internship. You apply and get rejected, but then receive an invitation to enroll in one of their courses. This is where the trap is set. They present the course as a paid program with no guarantee of landing a job after completion. (in this regard they are honest) I fell for it, and after an HR zoom interview, I was informed that I had been accepted into the program and was asked to pay 150 euros. The second the course started, it was clear that something was wrong. The class consisted of people with varying levels of coding experience, from those with no experience to the more advanced. This was confusing, as I had sent my CV highlighting my advanced full-stack development skills WAY beyond what the course was offering. The course instructor gave little information on the hiring process post-course. He merely stated that it was not up to him and that we might receive an email. Many times he stated that he worked for another company, not BRAINNEST. This lack of transparency was a red flag, and the course ended with no real answers on how to move forward. While the course did provide actual training and code review sessions, the way the company baits individuals into enrolling are under false pretenses. Brainnest Consulting is not a legitimate company and exists only to take advantage of people looking to further their careers. This is not a real company, Here are the red flags to watch out for: - The company's website is vague and provides no clear information (real consulting companies offer so much more info, work examples, and team members) - They offer a frontend "industry" course while they're landing page is built with WIX - The company's LinkedIn business page is no longer in existence as of today - The CEO's LinkedIn profile has 0 endorsements, 0 recommendations, 0 activities post - The head of HR has little endorsement and a history of short-term employment with various companies amazing companies - My instructor's LinkedIn page doesn't exist Brainnest Frontend is just one of many courses they run, and a quick search on LinkedIn shows many individuals posting certificates of training in various fields, including marketing, project management, cyber security, and front-end DevOps. In our course, we were roughly 40 people divided in two groups that would be 6000 euros for 2 days a week/1 month's worth of work. With multiple courses running in parallel, they generate a substantial amount of revenue. They deceive people into thinking they're a real company, making it easier to get them to enroll and pay. Do not fall for this white scam. Protect yourself and be vigilant when searching for opportunities to advance your skills and career.

I really enjoyed the training. Did not expect I would learn so much in one month. I already had some experience but still felt I need to improve a lot and I really did. I am pleasantly surprised I learned so much in just one month. I even noticed I made a lot of progress from the 1st lesson til the 4th lesson. Caleb - our teacher - was just awesome. I recommend this training. Super fun tasks!

Long review but read (or skip) to the end for the juicy part. I applied for an internship and didn't get replies for a long time but in the meantime I noticed they kept on posting the same internship position every day, which was already weird. Eventually they contacted me with the email that everyone receives: a rejection for the internship and an offer for the training program for 149 Euros (as of December 2022 - It increases by 10 euros every few months it seems) and I had to be fast because "seats are limited". To take part you have to answer 2 questions whose level is absolutely ludicrous. I accepted and advanced to the interview which happened with the HR head manager. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes and she was just reading a script (the speaking tone, I could see her eyes following some lines as she was reading), she was not responding, or making remarks, or asking more clearificatory questions... It wasn't a conversation. After only 2 days they accepted me into the training program and now I am expected to pay within 2 days because "seats are limited". I decided to make some research: ■ On linkedin they have thousands of posts only for intenships so it's obviously a baiting practice. ■ The company exists since 2020 and judging from comments online they have been doing this trick since then. ■ Their website is a 1-page template made with Wix (a FREE tool with basic templates) - Not very professional and believable for an international consulting company. ■ I couldn't find any trace of them being actually active in the consulting industry. ■ They do release a certificate - but if they don't operate in the industry, what value does it have? ■ In the program description they say they release a recommendation letter to the best participants, but I found out they give it to every one and it's the same for everyone with the name changed, nothing specific about you so not very useful for you job hunting. I contacted some people who previously participated in training programs and it seems like they cover very basic concepts using tools that are used in universities and not in the industry. I coundn't get anything about whether it was useful or not for finding a job. I tried to look into the Linkedin account of some tutors. They are all tutors for various platforms, website, etc or freelancers (not employees) and some of them don't even mention Brainnest in their Linkedin account showing that either they're ashamed or not concerned with being associated with Brainnest. Conclusion: they do offer training programs, so it's not a complete scam, but they operate through scammy advertising. It seems that what they offer may be interesting if you're a complete novice and they do give you a certificate, but again: what value does it have, coming from a company that operates this way and most importantly doesn't operate in the industry it states to be part of? In the end I decided not to go forward with it.

They will open over 100 positions on Linked-in for internships. They will get back at you after 2 weeks saying you DID NOT get the position but there is still good news they provide the four-week industry training which you pay 149€. Also, they say "seats are limited" which, in fact, they are not. You won't get a job if you buy their training, in fact, there is not even a job, it's just their business model. They are looking for people who don't have experience and they are trying to get money out of them, don't fall for the scam.
