Sep 25,2021Their sizing is out by about 1/2 size too small and when I tried contacting to exchange they stopped replying after initial email exchange despite multiple follow ups. Was a great product but pretty useless if you can’t newest them!!

I bought a fake dark mocha for 200€ (shipped from hongkong) and then when i wanted to return them back to get the refund i have contacted the customer service. They said i have to send them to Ireland to check but when i sent those shoes to them, that was the moment when they started to ignore my call. Cannot take my money back and lost 20€ to bring back to them. It was the stupid decision in my life when i trust this site. Never come back 😡😡😡
