Sep 21,2017I returned an article and on the email with the return details, they mentioned they'd reimburse me the value of the article 48 hours after they received. It's been one week since they received the article and they still didn't reimburse me the value. Not only, they sent me a discount code that should give me free shipping on my next order above 30€ but the discount code doesn't work. I emailed their customer support 5 days ago exposing this situation and so far no reply. Really awful customer service. RE the reply I just received - please note that discount code you sent me was only offering me a 5€ discount in shipping, not free shipping (I was placing an order with the total value of 31€), and I sent you an email through the contact form on your website warning of this issue on Saturday, and still didn't get any reply. I will send you the tracking number of the article I returned by email.

Jul 24,2017I made an order two weeks ago but I don't even have a shipping tracking number. I sent e-mail, called too many times. I can't contact with anyone. Customer service is too bad. I can't contact with them, yes it's true. They don't send me any shipping tracking number. But, I take my product just in time. They wrote 6-8 days on their website, Post office call me end of the 6th days. By the way, product quality is good. Thank you.

Jan 17,2017Je n'ai jamais eu à faire à un service client aussi désagréable. Après avoir commandé sur le site avec une livraison à domicile. Le suivi du colis indique que le colis est disponible dans ma boite à lettre, hors je n'ai rien reçu. Je contact donc le service client qui me demande de faire les démarches auprès de La Poste afin d'en savoir plus. Je refuse tout en précisant que c'est eux les propriétaires du colis jusqu'à ce qu'il soit correctement livré. Quelques échanges de mails plus tard ils acceptent enfin de se rapprocher de LaPoste pour me confirmer que le colis est livré. Merci de l'information mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu le colis, ils insistent encore en me demandant de contacter La Poste afin de débuter une enquête, je refuse une nouvelle fois et on commence à m'expliquer que Brazilian Bikini Shop a déjà été trompé par des clients et donc que la méfiance est de rigueur ! Pardon ? Je n'ai jamais connu un service client manquant autant de diplomatie ! Alors sachez que je n'irai pas à LaPoste faire votre travail, car j'ai payé une prestation qui devait arriver chez moi. Je n'ai pas reçu mon colis dans les temps pour partir en vacance, ce n'est effectivement pas la fin du monde mais je n'ai plus besoin du colis vous l'aurez compris ! J'attends une réponse concrète et constructive de votre part. Aussi il est attendu d'un service client un minimum d'empathie et de personnalisation. Il doit s'agit de notion inconnue pour vous visiblement. Dans l'attente de votre retour. Cordialement. Commande n°613511.----------------------------------------- Je ne comprends pas votre acharnement à ne pas vouloir lancer l'enquête auprès du transporteur ? Vous perdez du temps et moi aussi, votre entreprise trouve t-elle une nécessité à tenir tête ainsi ? J'essaie de trouver une issue favorable à cette situation contrairement à vous qui resté campé sur vos positions. May 06,2016When you order a bikini set with print on it be prepared that most probably you will receive completely different print because the material is cut by the producers and they don't guarantee that the pattern you saw on the web site and order will be the same as the one delivered to you. So even if you buy an expensive bikini you may get something that looks like a cheap bikini cut however the print goes which looks just unatractive. This is very disappointing. So think twice before you order a bikin with print on it. The shop has the worst customer service ever, the customer service officer can't understand English and is not helpful at all. Whatever you ask for there is always a problem to get help.

Mar 02,2016.Achteraf is toch de goede maat verstuurt. Het verschil zat in het verkeerd begrijpen van Eu maat en Braziliaans maatsysteem. Het probleem van slechte telefonische bereikbaarheid, en mailverkeer is door Monique persoonlijk goed uitgelegd en beloofd dit goed op te lossen. Al met al is door goede communicatie het vertrouwen hersteld.
