Oct 25,2022I have used this company many times, but after the latest experience, never again. I spent £130, below the £135 amount bbs say on their website which triggers a customs payment. Immediately after placing the order I began getting bombarded with texts and calls that I owed a customs payment of £51 before I get my parcel. I thought it was a scam and ignored. However DHL personally knocked on my door to say there is a customs payment to pay. £51 is extortionate based on parcel value. I contacted BBS who said they would investigate as apparently it hasn’t happened before. I have constantly had to chase over the last fortnight. The last correspondence I had with Elizabete is- yes there is a customs payment to pay, and I quote ‘if I really want my parcel, I can pay it and they would reimburse’. Yes, I did ‘really want my parcel’ so I tried to pay, but the link wouldn’t work. Thoroughly fed up, I told DHL to return to sender. Now I’m being harangued by DHL several times a day as apparently I need to pay for this privilege to return the parcel I could never have. In the meantime BBS have gone silent- this saga has been going on a fortnight. I really loved this companies products but I will never use them again and plan to contact my bank to see if I can get back my money. Reality is, whether because of Brexit or whatever excuse they use, they are unable to sell into the UK without the customer being liable for customs payment which based on my experience is over 1 third of order value- therefore in summary AVOID!

Oct 19,2022Boa tarde! Venho por este meio deixar o meu parecer acerca do atendimento via e-mail da Brazilian Bikini Shop Portugal. Tive alguns problemas em receber a minha encomenda via CTT, e aguardei pela minha encomenda desde agosto (aproximadamente), tendo sido (FINALMENTE!) entregue ontem, dia 18/10. As respostas foram céleres e de um profissionalismo inato. Fui atendida por dois colegas da empresa e ambos responderam ao problema com muita eficácia. Um bem-haja! Continuação de bom trabalho!

Sep 24,2022Terrible experience! I made 3 orders to avoid paying customs (as per their suggestion). When I received the items, I had to return 2 bikinis as they didn't fit well. Return both on the 16th of August, and my refund is still pending, due to customs. If this company is unable to offer proper delivery and return options to the Uk, they should simply not sell to the UK! Nightmare process. Having in mind that we spend so much money buying these bikinis they should offer proper alternatives for exchange & returns. I had to pay for both deliveries and returns AND pay customs. NOT worth it and won't' be using them again.

Jul 31,2022Such a big dissapointment! I ordered two differnt bikinis because I wanted to try them on at home to se which one I liked the best. Sent one bikini and a bikinipants back because they didnt fit me. Shortly after they received the returns I got a message which Said that the pants Where dirty and used, so they couldnt give me my money back and they Said they Where going to send the items back to me, they never did. They also send a picture of a dirty pants that they Said came from me. I tried them on ONCE at home, never took of the plastic and made them dirty. Such an frivolous company. Will never ever buy from them again! Be cautious!!
