I also like that you don’t spam me with emails which is why I am responding to this genuine ask. Only once did something inefficient happen. My order which comes through DHL was shipped from Germany and I had to wait a long time. I presume it went back to DHLs headquarters and was poor logistics management ( I imagine u r shipping from the US). So all things considered I would give you a 4.8.
