Jan 02,2025The christmas present did not arrive. A company email told me it would be dispatched. I was alerted by the recipient it had not arrived. The company, to their credit, have sent an email refunding the cost of the gift, this is the only indication I have that they have, for some reason, not fulfilled the order.
