Dec 29,2022This is not suitable for 8 year olds, it is far too complicated. The solar power source does not work which means that the whole kit is useless. We have one very disappointed grandchild. The kit is being returned for a full refund.

Dec 28,2022An order placed on Dec 6th for 3 items was confirmed. On Dec 13th Evri advised they were expecting the parcel. I phoned Brightminds in the week before Christmas on three separate days advising that Evri were still “expecting” the parcel. Nothing arrived for Christmas. I have received one of the three items today (Dec 28th) which was despatched on Dec 21st. A phone call to Brightminds today now advises that the other two items are unavailable! And they have no record of my calls last week! Very poor show Brightminds in their lack of clarity, even evasiveness, in following up this order. Dismal customer service and information - and disappointed grandchildren.
